En el año 1891 Pancho Sierra, el Gaucho Santo de Pergamino le indicó a María Loredo de Subiza,que siguiera la Misión, pues a él le quedaba poco tiempo de vida. Meses después de la muerte de Pancho Sierra, quién partió al mundo espiritual el día 4 de Diciembre de 1891, a los 60 años, María Loredo a quién Pancho Sierra, había sanado de un tumor en el pecho, comenzó la Misión de ayuda material y espiritual a todas aquellas personas que llegaban hacia ella.
Hacía poco María Loredo, había enviudado por segunda vez y en el año 1902, comenzó la Misión en una casona de la calle La Rioja Nº 771 en el barrio de Almagro, en la zona de Once. En el año 1914 llegó a esa casona, la señora Angela Forte de Inglese, fue en busca de la Madre María, como muy cariñosamente la llamaban, quien era ayudada en el apostolado por los hermanos Eleuterio y Leonardo Cueta, quien estaba siempre a su lado.

La señora Angela Forte de Inglese estaba temerosa pues estaba embarazada de 8 meses, y los médicos habían diagnosticado un parto dificultoso, cuando la Madre María vió a Angela Forte de Inglese le profetizó: “ESTE PARTO VIENE DIFICULTOSO, PORQUE TU TENDRÁS UNA NIÑA QUE SERÁ LA CONTINUACIÓN DE ESTA MISIÓN, SE CASARÁ Y TENDRÁ 2 HIJOS, PERO EL PRIMERO SERÁ EL QUE CONTINUARÁ LA DOCTRINA HASTA FIN DE ESTE SIGLO Y PRINCIPIO DEL AÑO 2000. Y AÑADIO: NOSOTRAS YA NO ESTAREMOS FÍSICAMENTE AQUÍ, PERO ESTA NIÑA QUE TÚ TENDRÁS, ANGELA, SERÁ LA QUE LIMPIARÁ LA ENVIDIA Y LA MALDAD QUE PERSIGUE A NUESTRA MISIÓN FUNDADA POR PANCHO SIERRA”. El 17 de Julio de 1914 nacía Italia Irma Inglese y el parto fue completamente normal. La Madre María murió el 2 de Octubre de 1928, a los 74 años y la Hnta. Irma que entonces tenía 14 años, siguió con la misión como lo predijo María Loredo, Cuando Angela Forte de Inglese, partía al mundo espiritual el 20 de Diciembre de 1951, Irma ya estaba casada con Miguel Antonio Maresco y tuvo 2 hijos: Miguel, nacido el 24 de Setiembre de 1936 y Omar, nacido el 8 de Julio de 1946.

La Hermanita Irma recordaba siempre las palabras que había profetizado María de Loredo, y al cual su madre doña Angela Forte, siempre se las recordó: “El primer hijo será para la Misión, por esta razón Irma adoctrinó a su hijo Miguelito, y lo preparo espiritualmente desde muy temprana edad basado en la religión católica, y en los conceptos de advocación a la Virgen de Lourdes, de la cual la Hermanita Irma fue muy devota en vida, así preparó a su hijo para el cumplimiento de la Misión.

Miguelito comenzó, predicando en el cementerio de Chacarita en el Mausoleo de María Loredo, a la edad de 14 años, desde 1948 a 1970, hasta que su madre la Hnta. Irma compró la casona de Villa del Parque, transformandola en un Templo y sacando fichero de Culto y Fundación.

“CUANDO TERMINE ESTA MISIÓN DE ABRIR EL TEMPLO DE DIOS Y LA VIRGEN Y PANCHO SIERRA, ME VENDRÁN A BUSCAR, PUES EN CUERPO O EN ESPIRITU ESTARE AL LADO DE QUIEN ME NECESITE”. La Hermanita Irma inauguró el 1º Templo en Villa del Parque, el 23 de Julio de 1971 a los 58 años de edad.
